National Contractor Qualifier Network

The National Contractor Qualifier Network (NCQN) is a professional network of licensed contractors who work with construction companies seeking contractor qualifiers and qualifying agents to meet contractor licensing requirements.

The Network helps construction companies, licensed contractors, and construction professionals navigate contractor licensing challenges across multiple states.

The Contractor Licensing Problem
Florida Contractors

Many construction companies encounter situations where they cannot legally perform work because they do not have a properly licensed contractor associated with the company.

Common situations include:

In these situations, a licensed contractor qualifier relationship may provide a solution.

The Solution

A contractor qualifier (sometimes referred to as a qualifying agent) is a licensed contractor who may qualify a construction company’s contractor license in accordance with applicable state licensing laws.

Depending on the state, the qualifying contractor may be responsible for supervising construction work performed under the contractor license.

* Contractor licensing laws vary depending on the state and regulatory authority.
